If you have questions, we've got answers!<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/rob_gilman.jpg\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-90 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/rob_gilman.jpg\" alt=\"rob_gilman\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><strong>Rob Gilman <\/strong> is a meteorologist with a Penn State degree and over 35 years\u2019 experience in media, business and forecasting for\u00a0Municipalities across southern New England, including the cities of Boston and Worcester. Rob was writing the daily Weather Watch column for the Patriot Ledger, broadcasting on WRKO-AM, <a title=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/959watd.com\/local-weather\/\">WATD-FM<\/a> and providing expert testimony for legal and insurance matters when he started working with Bill Gile in 1991. A native of Boston winters, Rob's education at Northeastern and Penn State led to a study going back to research done by Dr. Charles F. Brooks on snow accumulation along the Washington-Boston Corridor was part of his work at Penn State.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/bill_gile.jpg\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-89 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/bill_gile.jpg\" alt=\"bill_gile\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Bill Gile<\/strong>\u00a0has been forecasting throughout all of New England for nearly three decades.\u00a0After graduating from Plymouth State College in 1989 with a B.S. degree in Meteorology, Bill began Precision Weather Forecasting with Rob Gilman in 1991.\u00a0In addition to providing weather\u00a0reports to over 180+ PWF clients Bill is an on-air weekend\u00a0Meteorologist and fill-in meteorologist.\u00a0Bill is a member of the American Meteorology Society and has possessed the AMS Television Seal of Approval since 1991.\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Sanders-34-X2-2-e1444752568543.jpg\"><img class=\"alignleft wp-image-181\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Sanders-34-X2-2-223x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Matt Sanders<\/strong> \u00a0grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts and has been fascinated by the weather for as long as he can remember.\u00a0Matt took this enthusiasm for weather to college. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.S. in Earth Systems and went on to earn an MS in Atmospheric Science from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Additionally, Matt learned valuable New England forecasting skills by interning at the Boston office of the National Weather Service. He is also a skilled marine meteorologist with global experience forecasting for the U.S. Sailing Team at the Beijing Olympics, the Volvo Ocean Race, and a winning U.S. Americas Cup team.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/jim_manning.png\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-87 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/jim_manning.png\" alt=\"jim_manning\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Jim Manning<\/strong> \u00a0received a BS degree in Atmospheric Science &amp; Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts and has worked as a scientist in R&amp;D ever since, holding 6 U.S. patents. Jim also graduated from M.S.U.(Meteorology) and has been a broadcast meteorologist for 18 years including NBC - WJAR-TV channel 10 in Providence for 5 years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/josh_boden.png\"><img class=\" wp-image-86 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/josh_boden.png\" alt=\"josh_boden\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Josh Boden<\/strong>\u00a0 holds an M.S. in Meteorology from Penn State and has been an active member of the Precision Weather Forecasting team since 2009. Working with Bill Gile, as well as assisting Rob Gilman with his New England Weather Science duties. His Graduate work focused on surface regime dependencies of short-range ensemble output.\u00a0Graduate school also expanded understanding the business of weather risk assessment, as well as seasonal and climate forecasting. Josh is also an active member of the American Meteorological Society.<\/p>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/tom_hauf.jpg\"><img class=\" wp-image-85 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/tom_hauf.jpg\" alt=\"tom_hauf\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Tom Hauf<\/strong>\u00a0received a\u00a0BS in Meteorology from Florida State University in 1984.\u00a0 He was an Air Force weather officer for four years\u00a0prior to joining the Syracuse, New York\u00a0media\u00a0ranks.\u00a0 Tom has taught meteorology for 25 years and currently provides weather forecasts to a wide array of entities across the globe. Tom\u00a0possesses an AMS and CBM certification from the American Meteorological Society.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<div class=\"paragraph\">\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/michael_souza.jpg\"><img class=\" wp-image-84 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.precisionweatherforecasting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/michael_souza.jpg\" alt=\"michael_souza\" width=\"196\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a>Michael Souza<\/strong> holds a M.S. in Atmospheric Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. While in college, Michael interned for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcvb.com\/weather\">WCVB<\/a> meteorologist Harvey Leonard and the National Weather Service CWSU forecasting for the Federal Aviation Administration. Michael also teaches meteorology as an adjunct professor. His research includes a case study in Tropical Meteorology and extreme springtime heat events in New England.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>","type":"rich"}
